For over five decades, Camp DeBaun has been under the direction of founders Edyth and Joe DeBaun and their children, Craig, Pam and Annette.
Day-to-Day activities are administered by a staff of experienced supervisors and division heads who are, professionals in the field of education and recreation.
Group counselors consist of teachers, graduate students and college students.
The pools are staffed by American Red Cross Water Safety Instructors and Nassau County Certified Lifeguards.
All specialized activities are supervised by professionals in their respective fields.
